Flou — Majal | Colombo Design Double Bed
AVAILABLE TO ORDER
Flou Majal — The Headboard as Textile Architecture
Majal redefines the bedroom as a formal living space: its large geometric headboard, comparable to a modern fabric boiserie, becomes the visual centerpiece of the room, capable of transforming any wall into a tailored backdrop.
The Majal Design
Designed by Carlo Colombo in 2015, Majal is a double bed in which the richness of the textile is not an embellishment but a design language. The woven headboard expresses Flou's sartorial excellence through rigorous geometric forms: each panel reveals the craftsmanship and precision with which the fabric is worked, sewn, and stretched. The headboard is available in two configurations — aligned with the base or extended laterally — allowing the room's design to be calibrated according to its proportions. The entire structure is completely removable, ensuring long-term care worthy of its construction quality.
