Flou Notturno 2 — The Reinterpretation of the Archetypal Double Bed

Notturno 2 is one of them — lines that fade into simplicity, upholstery that invites you in, and proportions designed to dialogue with any home architecture.
The Notturno 2 Design
Born in 2008 from the research of the Flou Research Centre, Notturno interprets the very essence of the bed: clean form and uncompromising comfort. Version 2 evolves the original design with a softer, thicker, upholstered headboard, available in two different heights to suit spatial proportions and personal preferences. The base and headboard are upholstered in fabric or leather, both removable with Velcro — a functional detail that reveals the design care behind every choice. The base options multiply: from the storage version to the one with an electrically adjustable bed base, through to fixed bases in two different heights from the floor, allowing the visual weight of the bed within the room to be defined with precision.
