Flou Pierre — The Geometry of Conversation
Pierre is not simply a side table: it is a perfect curve that invites juxtaposition, overlapping, and free composition. Each element in the collection interacts with the others, creating furnishing landscapes that change according to the space and the desires of those who inhabit it. A design philosophy that transforms the functional into the poetic.
The Pierre Project
In 2020, Studio Contromano conceived Pierre around an essential intuition: the curve. The shaped base allows the tables to be placed alongside one another, partially overlapped, and combined with the poufs and armchairs from the same series, generating original and ever-changing compositions. Available in nine metal finishes — anodic bronze, matt burnished, white, black, greige, oxide, silver oxide, desert rock, and polished gold — Pierre comes in different heights, from the generous dimensions of the coffee table to the taller tables for conversation areas, as well as compact versions that stand beside the bed as elegant and functional bedside tables. The softness of the shape reflects that of the collection's poufs and armchairs, creating a cohesive visual ecosystem.
