Progetti Cuckoo Clock "Ceraunavolta" - Time as a Domestic Narrative

Hanging on a wall, Ceraunavolta does more than mark the hours: it transforms them into a narrative moment. Alberto Sala conceived a cuckoo clock for Progetti that inhabits a space with that rare duality between discretion and presence, becoming the quiet center around which the life of the room is organized.

The Ceraunavolta Project

The name is already a manifesto: "Ceraunavolta" evokes the language of fairy tales, that threshold beyond which everyday life becomes a narrative. Alberto Sala translates this intention into form and material through a sophisticated color palette - a dialogue between blue, brown, and orange - recalling the deep hues of author illustrations and artistic ceramics. Progetti, a benchmark in Italian design clockmaking for decades, offers with this piece something that goes beyond function: a fragment of domestic poetry capable of engaging with contemporary settings and more refined interiors.
