Gingko — Smart Accordion | Portable Lamp

Gingko Smart Accordion - The Light That Bends to Your Will

Open like an instrument, closed like a book: Gingko's Smart Accordion reinterprets the very concept of the portable lamp, bringing into your spaces an object that changes shape, mood, and intensity with a simple movement of your hands.

The Smart Accordion Design

The Smart Accordion was created from the idea of combining the gesture of movement with the function of light. The accordion mechanism is not merely aesthetic: opening and closing the lamp allows you to switch from warm to cool light, adapting the atmosphere to the time of day without touching a switch. The LED light filters through the pages made of water-repellent Tyvek, spreading softly and envelopingly. The bamboo wood covers - present on both sides - add material warmth and protect the structure when the lamp is closed. The 360-degree opening and the possibility of connecting multiple units make it both an everyday object and a striking feature capable of redefining a corner of the room. Completely wireless, it recharges via USB and can be taken anywhere: from the work desk to the bedside table, from the bookcase to an outdoor table.
