Karlsson — Lofty | Breeveld Designer Alarm Clock

Karlsson Lofty - Time as a Decorative Element

An alarm clock that doesn't hide on the bedside table: Karlsson's Lofty chooses to be seen, with its clean shape and matte white finish that captures the light without reflections. Designed for those who believe that everyday objects should also have a presence, it finds its natural place on a shelf, bedside table, desk - wherever time deserves to be viewed with care.

The Lofty Design

Armando Breeveld designed this alarm clock for Karlsson with a hand that understands the difference between decorative and functional form. Lofty was born from the idea that a table clock should not disappear into its surroundings, but interact with them without overpowering them. The matte white metal casing gives it visual and tactile solidity, while its compact dimensions - 11 cm in diameter and 5.2 cm deep - make it versatile in any home setting. The result is an object that is both discreet and distinctive.
