Slamp — Pinocchio | Made in Italy Floor Lamp

Slamp Pinocchio - The Light That Tells a Story

There is something rare about a lamp capable of changing a room's character without adding bulk. Slamp's Pinocchio belongs to that category of objects that inhabit a space with a presence of their own: it does not merely illuminate, but creates an atmosphere and introduces a visual narrative that transforms the living room into a place with a distinct identity.

The Pinocchio Design

Slamp is a Roman company that has occupied a distinctive position in the contemporary design landscape for decades: its workshop is a place of continuous research into materials, where light becomes moldable matter and form becomes narrative. Pinocchio stems from this same vision. The reference to Collodi's archetypal figure is not an illustrative allusion, but a precise design gesture: the floor lamp's silhouette plays with deliberately elongated proportions and sculptural details, transforming the light source into a narrative element. Its recognizable shape conveys irony and grace, a lightness that never slips into decoration for its own sake. The result is a piece that interacts with contemporary furnishings while maintaining its own autonomy of meaning - a discreet presence that is difficult to ignore, as only truly authentic characters can be.
