Scherzer — New Look | Porcelain Soup Plate

Scherzer New Look - the warmth of earth at the table

Some objects know how to transform an ordinary meal into a moment to be savored slowly. Scherzer's New Look soup plate belongs to this category: its brown hue - evocative of cocoa, spices, and damp earth - brings a discreet yet defined presence to the table, able to complement wood, the raw linen of a quality tablecloth, and the soft light of an evening spent in company.

Why we chose it for you

Scherzer is a historic Bavarian porcelain manufacturer, with deep roots in the artisan tradition of Kronach. The New Look collection interprets that tradition in a contemporary way: clean shapes, unconventional colors, and a material quality that can already be felt to the touch. A color choice like brown does not chase passing trends - instead, it fits into the current of home design that is rediscovering nature's hues as a lasting language.
