Details: Designed by the Dutch studio Flux, here is a totally innovative folding chair! The Flux chair is made of a thin sheet of polypropylene (only 3 mm thick) that folds like origami to create a comfortable, sturdy and aesthetically striking chair! It takes just 10 seconds to assemble the chair and transform a flat surface into a three-dimensional piece of furniture: a quick-change artist! Once folded, the Flux chair becomes completely flat (1.5 cm thick): it can be stored anywhere and, thanks to its handle, it is easy to transport. Flux is a portable chair that can be taken anywhere: to another room or another house, to the garden or terrace, on holiday or to friends' houses... Despite its featherweight (4.30 kg), Flux is extremely resistant and supports up to 160 kg! Its large curved seat is extremely comfortable. The design of Flux, born from a very simple idea, gives it not only great functionality, but above all an out of the ordinary aesthetic. Flux Chair is a sculptural object that captures the attention. At first glance, the shapes seem massive and rough, but looking more carefully, Flux reveals a myriad of very interesting design details: curves and angles that break the soft lines, making them come to life.
