Scherzer — Petalo | Gold Christmas Dessert Bowl

Scherzer "Petalo" Bowl - The Light of the Holidays in Glass

There is a moment during the holidays when the table stops being just a set dining surface and becomes something more: a landscape. Scherzer's "Petalo" bowl belongs to those pieces capable of creating that moment. Its soft shape, inspired by the natural curve of a petal, and its luminous gold finish transform every light source - a candle, a votive, the tree lights - into a warm, enveloping reflection.

Why we chose it for you

Scherzer works glass with an aesthetic sensibility rooted in the great European tradition of decorative glassmaking. This bowl is not an accessory to put away after the holidays: it is an object to cherish and bring out again each year, capable of conveying an attention to detail that is apparent at first glance. We chose it because it combines generous proportions with a rare formal lightness, and because it sits on the table without overpowering anything - yet always draws the eye.
