Scherzer — Mediterraneo | Porcelain Tray

Rectangular “Mediterranean” Sky-Blue Tray — A fragment of sky on the table

There is a shade of blue that does not belong to the seasons: it is the blue of the Mediterranean, still and luminous, capable of bringing the sea air with it even into the simplest moment of the day. Scherzer’s Mediterranean tray captures it in porcelain, returning it in a clean, well-proportioned form that knows how to be the star without overwhelming. Placing it on the table is a small gesture with a surprisingly precise effect: everything around it gains order, light, and breathing room.

Why we chose it for you

In a market saturated with generic decorative objects, Scherzer’s Mediterranean tray stands out for the consistency between its aesthetic intention and the quality of its material. Porcelain - a smooth surface with lasting luminosity - is not a neutral support: it is part of the color story. The rectangular shape, with its carefully calibrated proportions, is designed to complement everyday dining with the same naturalness with which it lends itself to a more refined setting. It is not a piece to keep in the pantry.
