Microplane blades - originally designed for woodworking - found their way into the kitchen almost by chance, revealing a cutting quality that traditional tools could not match. The Finger Guard is designed to complement this precision: it fits all graters in the Gourmet series, guiding the hand along the entire length of the blade, except for the XL thick-blade model.
