Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving the order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
You can avoid shipping fees by selecting free local pickup at Stilmobili Cook Store, P.zza XX Settembre 70, Gioia del Colle (BA) 70023. Once your order is placed and local pickup is selected at checkout, it will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day. You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 09:00 AM - 12:30 PM / 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please ensure you have your confirmation email when picking up your order.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Stilmobili S.A.S. is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as the customer.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. This can be used to check the status of your shipment. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@stilmobili.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at info@stilmobili.com, including your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
